Page 30 - December 11th

Wednesday Dec 11th Just the usual dull day, with Reveille at 7:30. Practice all morning & lazy afternoon.

I wonder how they organised Reveille with the soldiers billeted all through the village? Did the bugler go to the centre of the village and play?
Monday Dec 11th another warm and dry looking day. I pity the firefighters down south and have great sympathy for the townspeople awaiting the arrival of the fires.
